Heads up, Boozy Fam! Once you've placed your order and it's on its way to your party central, we can't accept returns. But fear not, if your goodies arrive damaged during the transit, we've got your back!
Damaged Goods? No Worries!
Just let our awesome customer support clan know within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll get you a replacement ASAP. Shoot them an email at cheers@boozyhouse.in or give them a call, and they'll sort you out. Remember, the faster you contact us, the faster the boozy replacements flow!
Important Note: We can only process replacements and refunds if you reach out within those first 48 hours. After that, we won't be able to help, so be sure to check your order thoroughly upon arrival.
Cancellation Conundrums? We Got You!
Changed your mind about your order? No problem! You can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it by dropping us a line at cheers@boozyhouse.in . We'll process your refund ASAP, sent straight back to your original payment method.
